Nicky STOFFEL is admitted to the Luxemburgish Bar in 1999.
She started her law studies at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg in 1993
After her general law studies she was attracted by the business law domain.
Additionally to her Bachelor she started a three-year course called “Magistère Juristes d’Affaires Franco-Allemands” focusing on the legal rules governing companies in Germany and France.
In 1997, Nicky successfully graduated from her Master of Business Law.
Besides her D.E.S.S. (Diplome d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisés) in Business Law she completes a diploma in management consultancy.
Nicky teaches estate law at the Chamber of Commerce (IFCC – Institut de Formation de la Chambre de Commerce).
She is coauthor of an article about over-indebtedness in Luxembourg called « Aperçu sur le traitement du surendettement des particuliers au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg » (in Droit bancaire et financier au Luxembourg, Recueil de doctrine, LARCIER, 2004, Vol 2, p. 603).
She is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, English and has a basic knowledge in Italian.

Michèle STOFFEL is admitted to the Luxemburgish Bar in 2009.
Michèle STOFFEL started her law studies in 2002 at the University of Montpellier (France).
She graduated in 2006 after her Bachelor in European and International Law and her Master in Business Law. Furthermore, she holds a Master in European Litigation from the University of Luxembourg in partnership with the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg (2007).
Michèle STOFFEL is a graduate from Hong Kong University where she completed her law studies with a Master of Law (LL.M) specializing in Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law. Beside her studies, she took the opportunity to take intensive courses in Chinese which she is still improving.
Michèle teaches labour law at the Luxembourg Chamber of Crafts and at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
She is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, English and has a basic knowledge in Putonghua (Mandarin).

Christian BARANDAO-BAKELE is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.
In 2004 he successfully graduated from his Business Law Master at the University of Lomé in Togo.
Christian holds a Master in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg as well as a Master in Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg, which he both completed in 2005.
Furthermore, he owns a Master in European Business Law from the University of Luxembourg in 2006.
Since 2008, Christian is a PhD researching in Economic and Financial Criminal Law at the University of Luxembourg.
He is fluent in French, English and Mina and has a good knowledge in Spanish, German and Luxembourgish.

Bouchra FAHIME-AYADI is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.
She started her law studies at the University of Metz (France) in 1997.
In 2000 Bouchra completes her Bachelor in Public Law as well as her Bachelor in Private Law. Furthermore, she holds a Master in Private Law since 2001.
Bouchra joined STOFFEL law firm in 2008.
She is fluent in French, Arabic, English and has a basic knowledge in German.
